We have watched and listened for days to the false rhetoric and obvious collusion between you and Mrs. Merkel, which we knew was leading exactly nowhere - haven't you both done well? Please tell me why to you continue to take the English people (electorate) for fools? We know you, we see through you, we haven't trusted you for years. But you go on taking us for granted and believing (wrongly) that we will continue to accept your insincere PR and empty (never to be fulfilled) promises at face value. You have and are continuing to ruin this country. I must make quite clear that I am a one time and now totally disillusioned Conservative voter who is still never likely to become a Labour supporter. I used to think that Tony Blair and George Brown were the worst thing that could happen to this country, unfortunately you have proved me wrong.
Today you have apparently blocked the present EU economic demands on this country but have actually (and I hate to have to agree with Ed Milliband) achieved absolutely nothing but simply caved in on all counts; you just appear to have won. Where will your impotent demands thrust next? To free-movement within the EU? If so, heaven help us!
As the general election draws ever nearer, do you really think that taking off your jacket and rolling up your sleeves in an attempt to appear at one with 'the people' actually fools anyone? Like everything else you do, it is an insult to the intelligence of the electorate as a whole. You are fooling, no-one. We see you for what you are; a pawn of Mrs. Merkel (and if I was German I would actually admire the woman) and her cronies, an egotistical, arrogant, self-opinionated politician who has no idea of the world in which the people of this country actually live.
